Changxiang Special Steel Manufacturing was built in 2006 in Jiangyou City of Sichuan, enjoying convenient transportation access. With mature industrial circumstances, rich water and power resources, we have absolute competitive edges.
Fitted with Strict and Efficient Management Systems
Our factory covers an area of 110,000 square meters, with a 36,000sqm building area and three branches, such as steel, forging and rolling plants. With complete facilities for smelting, forging, rolling, casting, heat treatment, machining, measuring and quality inspection, we can provide forging and rolling services for power, petroleum, chemical, boiler, mold, machinery, vessel, automobile, steam turbine, aviation, military and other industries. Having the support of over 300 workers and rich technology resources, we have established strict and efficient management systems and have passed GB/T 19001:2000 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications.
Utilizing Advanced Machines
In 2009, we completed phase 1, 2 and 3 projects, totaling to 96 sets of equipment, including four 4T and 1.5T non-vacuum induction furnaces, five 0.5T to 5T ESR furnaces, one 1,600T water press, one 5T electric hydraulic hammer, five heating furnaces, three heat treatment furnaces, three round bar buffing and peeling machines, five machining facilities, 4,500T fast forging water press lines, 850mm blooming mill+450/250mm finishing mill production lines, 25T EAF+30T LF furnaces and 30T VD vacuum furnaces.
Capable of Large Annual Capacity
We have gone through acceptance of environmental protection. Annually, we turn out 100,000T of forged and rolled parts, 80,000T of heat treated parts and for single forged parts, our production capacity will be upgraded to 30T steel ingots. After the completion of phase 3 project, we will have more competitive edges and hope to achieve the leading position in the special steel industry.
